This site is for American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Members using corporate credit cards, State Component Societies and Corporate Sponsors of APMA to support the APMA Protecting Our Profession, or simply APMA POP. APMA POP is a separate segregated source of financial resources used for federal legislative education, initiatives, and issue awareness. This includes funding approximately 50 percent of the annual Podiatric Medical Legislative Conference, and public awareness initiatives. These funds cannot be used to support candidates for federal office.
The American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) credits its legislative success to years of relationship building between APMA members and members of Congress, and to the generous membership support for APMA's Political Action Committee (APMAPAC) which strengthens the association's legislative endeavors. This site is for APMA Members to make personal donations in support of the American Podiatric Medical Association Political Action Committee, or APMAPAC. APMAPAC's purpose is to raise and disburse funds to candidates for Federal office that support the legislative priorities and goals of the podiatric medical profession.
